INGREDIENTS:

• 1 oz Uncle Val's Botanical Gin

• 1 oz La Pivon Blanco Vermouth

• 1 oz of Suze

DIRECTIONS:

• Stir ingredients into a glass over ice.

• Garnish with lemon peel.
