INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Silkie Irish Whiskey

  • .75 oz orange curaçao

  • .25 oz Fino sherry

  • 1 dash orange bitters

  • Flamed orange peel for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  • Stir together ingredients together over ice.

  • Strain into a cocktail glass

  • Garnish with an orange peel.
