Kirk & Sweeney Santiago

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 oz Kirk & Sweeney Gran Reserva Rum

• .5 oz La Pivon Rojo Vermouth

• Dash of bitters

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine Kirk & Sweeney Gran Reserva Rum, La Pivon Rojo Vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.

• Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

• Garnish with a maraschino or Luxardo cherry.
