1oz Wintersun Organic Aquavit
1.5oz Bluewater Organic Elderflower Cardamom Liqueur
0.25oz fresh lime juice
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and 1 spritz absinthe. Garnish with lime.
