Meet Josh Fox of Lodgepole Distilling

Josh Fox is the Co-Owner, Founder, and Distiller of Lodgepole Distilling, a local distillery built around a shared love of science, the outdoors, good food, and great cocktails.

Founded with a longtime friend and fellow science enthusiast, Lodgepole Distilling is rooted in the idea that spirits can be about more than what’s in the glass—they can be a way to build community and connect people to the place they call home. That philosophy is reflected in Lodgepole’s work with local organizations and environmental partners, including an ongoing relationship with the Seattle Botanic Gardens. Through that partnership, Lodgepole sources Cypress and Juniper from the Gardens for its Arboretum Gin, with proceeds supporting the Seattle Botanic Gardens.

During this event, Josh will take you behind the scenes of gin making, share the story of Lodgepole and how the distillery continues to evolve, and explore why buying local matters even in a world filled with affordable, mass-produced spirits.
