INGREDIENTS

1.5oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry

1.5oz Lustau Vermut Rojo

2 dashes of Orange Bitters

Garnish: Orange Twist

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, stir, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Express orange oil over the cocktail and garnish with the orange twist.
